A. The frequency of training sessions depends on your individual goals, schedule and finances. Many clients benefit from training 1-3 times per week. We recommend starting with 2 sessions per week to establish a routine and build momentum.
Q. Can I train with a friend or partner?
A. Yes! We offer shared sessions where you can train with a friend or partner. This can be a fun and motivating way to achieve your fitness goals together. Please check our pricing for shared sessions.
Q. How does the monthly pricing work, especially if there are extra sessions in a month?
A. Our monthly package includes 8 sessions, which are designed to be used over a typical 4-week period (2 sessions per week). If there are 5 weeks in a month, you can still use your 8 sessions flexibly across that time. If you wish to maintain the same frequency of training (e.g., 2 sessions per week), you can purchase additional sessions at the regular rate of £30 each. We aim to provide flexibility while ensuring you get the most out of your training.

A. Yes, all of our personal training packages include nutrition guidance tailored to your individual goals. We believe that nutrition is a key component of achieving fitness results, and we provide support to help you make healthy choices.

A. Each personal training session typically lasts for 45-60 minutes.
